Frontline Mountain Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote seasonally offered products including lift tickets, season passes, rentals, lessons, and activities
• Process transactions, handle payments, and reconcile sales at the workstation
• Greet and assist guests in various weather conditions to ensure smooth lift access
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve ticket-related issues
• Educate guests about environmental initiatives and community programs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of professional experience
• Strong communication and comprehension skills in English
• Strong cash-handling skills and accuracy in processing payments
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Resort industry experience
• Experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
