About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare low-level designs for team members in collaboration with Solution/Software Architects
- Guide project teams on technology strategy, coding practices, CI, and automated deployment
- Act as a hands-on developer to solve complex problems and remove technical impediments
- Partner with Product Owners on story creation and acceptance criteria
- Provide a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices to ensure high code quality
- Mentor and coach team members to maximize their potential
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in web frontend development
- Expert knowledge of Angular (version 10 or later)
- Strong proficiency in Raw JavaScript and functional programming
- Deep understanding of frontend design patterns for scalable Single Page Applications (SPA)
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SVG
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
