Frontend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end research and development, including design, implementation, and optimization of user interfaces
• Drive technical decisions, review code, and promote best practices in development and architecture
• Utilize relevant tools to address UX challenges and integrate complex business logic
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define technical requirements
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to drive continuous product improvement
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and lead large projects end-to-end

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related fields
• Proficient in Reactjs and React Native stacks
• Middle level: At least 4 years of experience
• Senior level: At least 6 years of experience
• Lead level: At least 9 years of experience and 3 years of experience leading teams of 4+ members
• Mandatory good English communication skills
• Strong architecture expertise and experience delivering large-scale modules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NodeJS or other back-end development
• Hands-on experience in mini-programs
• Experience in international projects or open-source contributions
