Frontend React Developer

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile delivery team to design, implement, and test modular, performant, and well-documented applications.
• Build testable software by creating unit and e2e test suites to reduce defects and ensure code maintainability.
• Develop modern web applications using React (including Hooks), TypeScript, and Redux to create professional front-end UIs.
• Write generic, modular, and reusable code to support long-term product management.
• Mentor junior developers in development best practices and contribute to the wider UI community.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and refine user stories.

Requirements

• 9 years of relevant experience as a UI Developer.
• Extensive expertise in React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience developing with Core Java and the Spring Framework (including Java 8, 11, or 17).
• Experience building unit and e2e test suites using Puppeteer, Jest, or Enzyme.
• Solid understanding of REST principles, WebSockets, and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe).
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and hands-on coding skills.
• Experience with NPM libraries such as ag-grid, Axios, moment, or lodash.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
