Frontend Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the frontend system that enables cross-functional teams to contribute safely
• Establish shared AI conventions to keep tooling output consistent across the codebase
• Develop a skills library that encodes frontend patterns, API contracts, and business logic
• Create safe zones and guardrails for non-engineers to contribute without engineering cleanup
• Implement design-to-code workflows to unblock designers
• Maintain a feedback loop with QEs, PMs, and designers to improve developer and cross-functional experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Active, serious fluency with AI-assisted coding tools as a primary workflow
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue, Svelte, etc.)
• Solid TypeScript fundamentals
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers, QEs, and PMs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular
• Exposure to AI-facing UIs, streaming output, or agent interfaces
• Interest or experience in developer experience (DX), documentation, or shared patterns
• Demonstrated cross-functional thinking or improving workflows for non-engineers
