Frontend Lead/React Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and efficient web applications using ReactJS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and modern development workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
