Frontend Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability
• Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in frontend development
• 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
