Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of frontend engineers
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows
- Take end-to-end ownership of components from design and code to testing and deployment
- Solve performance bottlenecks and mentor junior engineers
- Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams
- Deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
- 3-6 years of work experience in development
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems
- Experience building complex UI components and handling large data sets
- Understanding of REST principles
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Node.js
