Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into robust, interactive applications via endpoint integration
• Design, develop, and maintain custom React components and existing high-quality React systems
• Define and maintain the architecture roadmap and technical solutions for new and existing project functionality
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, usability, and accessibility
• Set and evolve development standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices across the team
• Oversee development process compliance and CI/CD activities
• Create technical documentation, including architecture designs, flow diagrams, and implementation approaches
• Investigate emerging technologies and build Proof of Concept (PoC) functionalities to address future business needs

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in modern frontend and web-based application development
• At least 2 years of specialized experience working with ReactJS/JSX, Flux, or Redux
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, event handlers, and data structures
• Extensive experience with TypeScript and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git, version control software, and remote deployment tools
• Deep understanding of React principles, including hooks and the component lifecycle
• Advanced problem-solving skills and experience optimizing code for performance
