Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class products from first principles
• Navigate competing priorities and tradeoffs using company goals
• Take ownership in product and team decisions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience on strong software teams
• Experience building new products from scratch
• Track record of growth in team leadership
• Ability to think forward from first principles and backward from customer needs
