Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with design and product managers to plan and develop new UIs for upcoming initiatives
• Improve existing UI functionality across a variety of products
• Build reusable code to streamline future development
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand implementation requirements and limitations
• Provide mentorship to peers through code reviews and by promoting engineering best practices
• Provide maintenance support and enhance the performance of existing applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React and NextJS
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience working with Node.js and Express applications
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing an excellent user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of and a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
• Experience working with GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Experience working with design systems
