About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a scalable frontend architecture, including a reusable component library and design system
- Develop high-quality UI features using React and TypeScript
- Optimize frontend performance, including bundle size and time-to-interactive metrics
- Ensure accessibility by delivering WCAG 2.1 AA compliant features
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate user stories into features
- Implement responsive UI components with cross-browser compatibility
- Build and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and visual regression
- Monitor quality and security through code reviews and triaging issues
- Document frontend architecture and coding standards in the internal wiki
- Mentor junior developers and participate in design reviews
