Frontend Developer (Angular)

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS or SASS
• Proficient understanding of JavaScript frameworks including jQuery
• Strong understanding of Angular and AngularJS
• Knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Strong software development fundamentals including Data structures and Algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Node.js, or Express
• Knowledge of image authoring tools like Gimp or Photoshop
• Experience building RESTful services with a metric-driven API Gateway
• Familiarity with AWS services and Kubernetes fundamentals
• Experience with Python, GoLang, or Java
• Knowledge of NoSQL (DynamoDB) and SQL (MySQL)
• Experience with Redis, ElastiCache, or ElasticSearch
