Frontend/Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship robust, production-grade user interfaces for web game-like systems and transactional markets on a rapid cadence
• Architect and maintain a highly responsive frontend component library, including design systems and motion mechanics
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate aggressively across multiple product experiments per week
• Construct immersive, ultra-responsive consumer interfaces that gamify complex financial and prediction market mechanics
• Collaborate directly with the founding executive team to streamline product delivery and remove traditional design friction

Requirements

• Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern web fundamentals
• Demonstrable track record of shipping highly polished, visually arresting digital interfaces
• Deep familiarity with Web3 tech stacks, including wallet integrations and cryptographic signing protocols
• Ability to execute high-fidelity work rapidly under tight timeframes with obsessive attention to detail
• Willingness to work full-time on-site at the headquarters in San Francisco, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a founder or foundational early employee at a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup
• Native alignment with consumer-facing crypto protocols, DeFi, or digital gaming ecosystems
• A robust personal portfolio showcasing creative or unconventional technical projects
