Frontend Business Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building.
• Lead technical design and delivery for core business features such as trading systems, wallet management, AI-powered products, and payment gateways.
• Drive tech stack alignment and evolution while establishing high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts.
• Partner with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance teams to drive cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment.
• Integrate AI into product decisions and design to reshape product paradigms and R&D efficiency.
• Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Deep command of core frontend technologies (React or Vue internals, engineering toolchains, and performance optimization).
• Proven track record leading frontend for products with 1M+ DAU in high-concurrency, high-availability environments.
• Strong backend and API fluency to drive substantive architectural discussions.
• Genuine understanding of crypto, including CEX/DEX mechanics and Web3 wallet/signing mechanisms.
• Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js, wagmi, viem, WalletConnect, etc.).
• Fluency in English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration.
