Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Use suggestive selling techniques for food and beverage
• Take orders and serve requests promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals
• Handle guest checks and proper payment processing
• Set up stations and tables prior to service
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware and serving equipment
• Report guest comments or complaints to management

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Colorado liquor laws
• Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Strong knowledge of wines, food, and cooking methods
• Expertise in fine dining service, etiquette, and formal table settings
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of fine dining experience
• Knowledge of 5-star service standards
