Front Office Trading Services, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day trade support for Sales and Trading teams across Foreign Exchange and Financing Solutions
• Research and resolve trade-related inquiries from Sales, Trading, back office, fund groups, and clients
• Monitor trading systems and address or escalate issues as necessary
• Manage post-execution trade tasks including cancelling, modifying, and rebooking
• Maintain strong working relationships with Trading, Operations, Finance, Technology, and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Support platform onboarding tasks and participate in testing and implementation projects
• Identify and work to improve process inefficiencies within FX/FS desks
• Produce regular reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders
• Strictly follow all controls and procedures to mitigate business risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry with exposure to foreign exchange or agency lending
• Previous experience in a client-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
