About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted timely
- Follow strict security procedures regarding credit transactions, room keys, and guest confidentiality
- Manage communication channels between guests and all hotel departments via verbal and written messages
- Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and active selling
- Ensure a concise and professional handover at the end of every shift
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and departmental service standards
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and night rotations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a hotel reception role
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud property management system
