About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a warm first and last impression
  • Support guest relations and respond to information requests
  • Maintain visible presence in the lobby and assist with guest needs
  • Follow administrative procedures and front-of-house standards
  • Assist the bar and food and beverage team when required

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Prior experience with Opera Cloud or a related system preferred
  • Strong customer service and guest relations skills
  • Positive problem-solving approach
  • Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
