About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm first and last impression
- Support guest relations and respond to information requests
- Maintain visible presence in the lobby and assist with guest needs
- Follow administrative procedures and front-of-house standards
- Assist the bar and food and beverage team when required
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience with Opera Cloud or a related system preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Positive problem-solving approach
- Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
- Able to work under pressure
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
