Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support front desk agents during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing inquiries
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
• Act as a role model for service excellence and brand standards
• Train and mentor new front desk agents to ensure consistent performance and procedural knowledge
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met
• Support the Assistant Manager in shift planning, reporting, and operational tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
