- Maintain professional service standards within a hotel apartment setting
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor (for Supervisor role)
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist (for Receptionist role)
- Arabic speaking is mandatory for the Supervisor position
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude
