Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the Front Office team by setting a positive example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest stay and experience are maintained at the highest level
- Manage unexpected situations with patience, empathy, and a professional personality
- Work proactively as an integral team member to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
Requirements
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- High attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A positive, flexible attitude with a "Yes I Can!" approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry is appreciated but not essential
