About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel occupancy, room status, and daily handovers
- Coordinate guest arrivals, room assignments, and special requests with Housekeeping
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes, including registration and payment verification
- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with credit policies
- Resolve guest problems efficiently and manage night operations
- Train and develop front desk associates on SOPs and service standards
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and update property management systems
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with OPERA Cloud
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory position
