Responsibilities
- Supervise the front office team and lead by example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
- Host the guest experience with patience and empathy
Requirements

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team
