About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the front office team and lead by example to ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Exude patience and empathy while maintaining the personality required to host the guest experience
- Manage the hustle and bustle of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and all intermediate guest needs
Requirements
- Positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
- Strong verbal communication skills
- An eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
