Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team and monitor workflows
• Manage check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Ensure high service standards and conduct staff training
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests in the lobby
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Provide local recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and events

Requirements

• Experience in reception and supervisory/management roles
• Proficiency in German and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to find creative solutions and work in a high-performance environment
• Openness to digital tools and new systems
• Passion for the hospitality industry
