About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a warm welcome.
  • Serve as a role model, sharing expertise and motivating the team to achieve high service standards.
  • Oversee the completion of daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently to ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable professional presentation.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, between 7:00am and 11:00pm.
  • Must have valid working rights within Australia or New Zealand.
