Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts and ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
• Train employees to resolve guest issues or problems in a professional and accurate manner
• Manage room allocations for expected arrivals based on guest preferences
• Work the front desk to ensure professional and friendly check-ins and check-outs
• Act as a primary link between guests and hotel management
• Implement procedures to improve service quality and attract new customers
• Ensure hotel charges, invoices, and bills are processed accurately

• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical mobility and stamina to handle hotel operations
• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours
• Ability to follow instructions and meet high-performance standards
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Prior experience working in the hotel or hospitality industry
