About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise front office operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room blocking
- Manage reservations and billing adjustments using Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Oversee telephone communications via PBX or switchboard systems
- Handle guest payments and resolve billing discrepancies using POS terminals
- Manage inventory and rate parity across OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia
- Perform cash handling, reconciliation, and assist with night audit procedures
- Utilize CRM platforms to record guest preferences and manage feedback
- Prepare daily sales reports, occupancy forecasts, and VIP arrival summaries
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain security through key encoding systems
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in front office or hospitality supervision
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling/reconciliation
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and channel management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with room key encoding systems and PBX/switchboard operations
- Ability to use CRM platforms for guest experience management
