About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Front Desk Agents during assigned shifts
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide outstanding guest service and resolve inquiries or complaints
  • Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring front office team members
  • Monitor adherence to Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments
  • Handle room assignments, upgrades, and inventory management
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and credit card procedures
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Hospitality Management
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OnQ or Opera
