About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Front Desk Agents during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
- Provide outstanding guest service and resolve inquiries or complaints
- Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring front office team members
- Monitor adherence to Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments
- Handle room assignments, upgrades, and inventory management
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and credit card procedures
- Serve as Manager on Duty when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OnQ or Opera
