About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct daily front office operations and ensure courteous reception service
- Handle guest enquiries, reservations, VIP arrivals, and complaint resolution
- Supervise front cashiers, keys, floats, and cash/credit procedures
- Support training, induction, briefings, and performance development for the team
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty membership
Requirements
- Experience in front office or hotel reception operations
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and support a team
- Knowledge of cash, banking, and accounting procedures
- Right to work in the UK
