About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage front office functions including reception, cashiering, communications, and reservations
- Supervise and support front office team members and assist with accounting matters
- Greet and escort VIPs, ensuring personalized service and guest satisfaction
- Communicate standard operating procedures, rates, and hotel updates to the team
- Maintain compliance with cash, credit, key control, and guest confidentiality procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and address credit issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
- Strong personal integrity and ability to work independently

- Strong computer and system skills
