About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office functions including reception, cashiering, communications, and reservations
  • Supervise and support front office team members and assist with accounting matters
  • Greet and escort VIPs, ensuring personalized service and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate standard operating procedures, rates, and hotel updates to the team
  • Maintain compliance with cash, credit, key control, and guest confidentiality procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and address credit issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office operations
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong personal integrity and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality qualifications
  • Strong computer and system skills
