About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Manage patient registration and verify insurance information
- Schedule and manage appointments using hospital management systems
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Ensure the reception area is clean and compliant with safety standards
- Handle patient complaints and escalate when necessary
- Support administrative functions including data entry and filing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in hospital, hotel, or airport front desk roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism and empathy
