Responsibilities
- Handle visitor questions and direct them to relevant hospital personnel
- Maintain a tidy front desk with necessary stationery and informative materials
- Train, supervise, and support receptionists, security guards, and call center agents
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service delivery
- Manage specific customer complaints and requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related major
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide empathetic customer service
- Familiarity with front office management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unexpected challenges
