Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Service or Registration
  • Active proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • High customer service orientation
  • Neat, attractive, and professional appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work in shifts and be placed in Jakarta
