About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact to provide a world-class patient experience
- Manage administrative check-in and check-out responsibilities
- Greet patients promptly and provide exceptional customer service in person and via phone
- Answer internal and external phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Verify insurance authorizations and build accurate flow sheets
- Collect patient payments and perform daily cash drawer reconciliations
- Manage patient flow to maximize office efficiency and service quality
- Comply with all company policies and HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Mathematical skills for payment collection and reconciliations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including various days and hours as needed
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and reliable attendance
