Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration processes quickly, friendly, and accurately
- Manage payment processes according to procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
- Provide clear and complete information to patients, families, and visitors regarding clinic services
- Maintain patient data confidentiality and ensure administration follows standards
- Provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction of patients, families, and visitors
- Ensure all front office services comply with clinic operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Service or Registration
- Active proficiency in English (oral and written)
- High customer service orientation
- Neat, attractive, and professional appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
