About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payment processing efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and courtesy
- Maintain accurate guest records and keep the front desk organized and presentable
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or front office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Opera is desirable
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service
