Responsibilities
- Elevate the guest experience from check-in to check-out and everything in-between
- Act as a "superhero" for guests, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Exude patience, empathy, and a professional personality to host the guest experience
Requirements
- A positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
