Front Office Receptionist/Guest Relations

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a warm welcome.
• Handle all guest enquiries, needs, and correspondence with professionalism.
• Process accurate billing of guest accounts and manage reservations.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Complete daily "Knowledge Reports" to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adhere to hotel security and fire safety protocols.
• Use initiative to identify ways to improve the guest experience and service quality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a 5* hotel front office environment.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) both written and oral.
• Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering the highest standard of luxury customer service.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using Hotsoft or Tablepath systems.
