About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a warm welcome.
- Handle all guest enquiries, needs, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Process accurate billing of guest accounts and manage reservations.
- Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Complete daily "Knowledge Reports" to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adhere to hotel security and fire safety protocols.
- Use initiative to identify ways to improve the guest experience and service quality.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a 5* hotel front office environment.
- Fluent English (C1 minimum) both written and oral.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering the highest standard of luxury customer service.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using Hotsoft or Tablepath systems.
