Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Night Manager and supervise other Night Team Members
• Ensure the seamless running of the overnight Front Office
• Act as the first point of contact for guests during the night shift
• Create memorable and personalised experiences from arrival to departure
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure report accuracy for handover
• Deliver discreet service that exceeds luxury standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a front office supervisory role (luxury hotel experience preferred)
• Ability to work nights (20:00 to 08:00) and weekends
• High personal and professional standards
• Strong instincts for anticipating guest needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
