Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless, secure guest experience during night hours
- Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey to the highest level
- Manage check-in and check-out processes during the night shift
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Act as a problem-solver to address guest needs with patience and empathy
Requirements
- Flexibility to work night shifts and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for creating extraordinary service and memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
