Front Office Multi-Skilled Team Member

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm, friendly welcome to all guests and embody hospitality excellence
• Manage efficient check-in and check-out processes with high attention to detail
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Handle professional phone communications regarding hotel services and local attractions
• Accurately process payments and maintain precise financial records
• Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must currently reside in the UK
• Proficiency in basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with OPERA cloud property management system (PMS)
• Strong multitasking and efficient time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
