Responsibilities
- Act as the professional face of the company, welcoming visitors, clients, and guests
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory and workspace organization
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
- Assist in organizing internal office activities and monthly corporate events
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and reception area
Requirements
