Responsibilities
- Manage the front office team and lead by example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level
- Manage budgets and inventory
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth department operations
- Oversee staff training and development
Requirements
- Open to Malaysian candidates only
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints
- Experience managing and motivating front desk staff
- Solid understanding of check-in/check-out, reservation management, and guest billing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
