Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for front office, bell stand, parking, and concierge areas
- Supervise front office operations to create a positive first impression for guests
- Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making and communicate business trends
- Manage departmental budgets and implement corrective actions as needed
- Recruit, select, and train qualified candidates for the front office team
- Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to employees
- Resolve guest problems with empathy and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate hotel housing activities with Sales, Catering, and Housekeeping departments
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and financial standards
Requirements
- 1-3 years of front office experience
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong computer skills, including reservations and reporting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
