About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the front office team and lead by example to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee all aspects of the guest journey, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage department budgets and inventory effectively
- Proactively ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints with a professional demeanor
- Support staff scheduling and manage daily workflow to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop front desk staff to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations and reservation management
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in staff training and development
