About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and serve as a role model for the Front Office team
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage reservations, overbookings, and alternative accommodation options
  • Create staff rosters and coordinate vacation planning
  • Conduct internal coaching, cross-training, and organized team training sessions
  • Monitor expenses and manage the accommodation revenue budget
  • Implement and maintain the quality management system
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team across different departments

Requirements

  • Professional training or experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism (career changers are welcome)
  • A strong passion for hospitality and team leadership
  • High level of quality awareness and service orientation
  • Open, communicative personality with strong expression skills
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support other departments
