Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front Office operations including reception, guest services, concierge, and porter teams
• Champion a culture of intuitive, personalised, and attentive service to ensure exceptional guest journeys
• Manage daily operations such as room allocations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management
• Recruit, train, and develop the Front Office team in line with Mantis service standards
• Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
• Support pre-opening activities including SOP development, systems implementation, and recruitment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Front Office or Rooms Division roles
• Background in luxury hospitality or resort environments
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Proficiency in PMS systems and front office operational processes
• Must be a Saudi National
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel pre-opening environment
• Deep understanding of guest journey design and service excellence
